Highly recommended. The staff and the driver were very nice. I traveled alone with other people who were all Chinese. I was the only Thai person. Everyone on the bus tried to help me. They were very nice. They gave all their advice in Chinese. It didn't matter if I understood some or not. They would walk us to different points and wait for us to take us back to the hotel. They would tell us where to go and how to get off and where to get on the bus. It was very good. I also made new friends from Beijing and they helped me all the way. There was another guide who picked me up after the driver. He was very nice. When he knew that I was Thai and traveling alone, he tried to help me a lot. He made conversation and took pictures for me. It was an experience that you can't find anywhere else. At first, I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to communicate well. I understand a little bit of Chinese, but I am very impressed. 👌👌👌👌👌👌★

My guide was William. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. I found it very efficient to have a guide in the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain area, because it’s a bit complicated to know where to go to get the tickets and then the bus and then the cable car. With a guide you can just relax and not have to work it all out for yourself. Some areas, like the Blue Moon Lakes were very busy, and this isn’t even high season, but even more reason to have a guide who can get you to see the famous places and then help you out of the crazy crowds quickly. All in all I am glad I booked this tour.★

Did the biggest cable car to the top of the glacier peak, blue moon valley and Lijiang impressions show. Amazing trip even with some rain through the day. Driver was very organised, helpful and very detailed with instructions to all the different locations we had to be at, at the allocated time. The company was also very communicative and helpful from the minute the tour was booked. Be aware: Given the timings of some activities booking, (which is out of the company’s control), it was harder to eat the lunch prepared for us, (the driver tried!) but I had been warned by other reviews before I booked.★

Unfortunately, it was raining at Jade Dragon Mountain today, so we couldn't see the mountain peak, but we did get to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the waterfall below, along with the yaks eating grass. We had an event guide who made an effort to help us on a rainy day, so that everything went smoothly. We were very impressed with today's trip. Luckily, the weather wasn't cold. After going down the mountain, we went to the ancient city of Suhe, where we saw something new.★
