In Minsk/Belarus, the signal is good in the city, but I haven't tested it outside the city (except at the airport). I tested the promise of 512 kbps after exceeding my package size – it seems to be true, and the internet connection doesn't drop out and continues to work smoothly. I recommend it.

I brought this in the UK as my Broadband at home went down, for £2.70 for 48 hours, simple and cheap, 5GB per day, no issues, no problem.  used the vodafone network.
