Very easy booking process. They sent you a time and who would be meeting you. The tour guide was friendly, informative and worked hard to make the experience fun and interesting. We were so very lucky that the weather cooperated. We went to 3 locations. As the night proceeded continue to get better especially around midnight. We learned that our eyes can’t see the colour like you camera can. What your eye can do is capture the beautiful movement of the northern lights. It felt like you were watching music. Breathtaking experience 🤗 Our guide excitedly took pictures with you in it and later sends many pics. I was very thankful for that since my phone had trouble taking pics. Cookies and hot chocolate were supplied too. I did bring my own thermos. You could go into the bus anytime. Washrooms (outhouse) was available at some spots. There was about 24 people. Such a memorable experience.
