The itinerary was very well planned, and our guide, Xiao Wang, explained everything at each stop and even took photos for us. Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oishi Park were all so beautiful. The weather was perfect when we went, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. It was a truly worthwhile trip! I'm looking forward to going back again for a few more days so I can experience Fuji-Q Highland and the Hippo Bus.★

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

We met a really nice guy from Northeast China. He told us which restrooms were clean and where we could see the best views. He was so thoughtful! It was pouring rain that day, and we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. He said he could just edit it up when he got home. He also told us the time for each attraction we visited and adjusted accordingly. He was amazing!★

A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. Extremely satisfied! Customer service added me on WeChat immediately after I placed the order, and the tour guide contacted me on WeChat the afternoon before departure. Customer service also sent me a WeChat message with the meeting point information. This trip mainly focused on seeing mountains and rivers, which could have been a bit boring, but our tour guide, J01 Xiaoyu Will, was very professional, his explanations were interesting, and he was very friendly, making the trip very enjoyable. It was a wonderful day trip.
