Although it was a seriously hot day in Xi’an, the Terra-cotta Warrior facilities are well ventilated with air conditioning in all the buildings/pit sites. Our guide, Tina, was very informative and provided an overview of the history of the site. I highly recommend this tour. And be sure to top it off with the DIY terra-cotta warrior figurine making experience. We were a bit apprehensive about visiting the site during the July holiday, however the crowds were manageable and it was an overall great experience.★

I'm currently traveling throughout China. The Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Pond are far from downtown Xi'an, and it's also difficult to secure tickets for the "Jiang Han" performance, one of China's four major performances, at Huaqing Pond. Therefore, I applied for transportation and performance tickets. Listening to the English explanations provided by @Luna's guide made the experience comfortable. They even picked me up at my hotel in the morning. 1) While touring the Huaqing Pond, the guide explained various points of interest. 2) We had a lunch of bean sprout noodles in front of the Terracotta Warriors (there were also dumplings and other options). 3) While viewing the Terracotta Warriors, Luna's guide provided detailed explanations. 4) We returned to Huaqing Pond and waited until the performance. During this time, I exchanged my pre-purchased tickets with my passport. I was seated for the first performance. 5) After watching the "Jiang Han" performance, I enjoyed it so much that I want to sit even closer to the front row next time. Afterwards, I took a bus back to the Bell Tower from the designated parking lot. Thanks to Luna's friendly and attentive guidance, I had a fulfilling day. Thank you. I already want to go back to Xi'an, a city of history and culture.★

I'm glad we hired a English speaking guide for this attraction so that my two boys are able to absorb what's happening around. Guide is patient and knowledgeable.. Small bus included and total of only six pax. ★

Great tour with excellent service. Just the right amount of time spent with the Terracotta Army. Never felt rushed. Recommend going after the National holiday week as I did so the number of people aren’t so many. We didn’t have to queue for long. I thoroughly recommend this company. For a first time traveller to China it was great to be picked up from the hotel as I was unfamiliar with the area. The generous lunch that was included after the tour was lovely as well and our group couldn’t finish all the food as there was so much provided. The organiser (Olivia) was very helpful answering any query I had. Our tour guide (Nana) was great also and very knowledgeable about everything. Absolutely no complaints. ★

We did this tour with Bruce and his wife Lilly. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we had in China. Bruce is incredibly informed, chatty and good fun, and Lilly likewise as well as being an excellent cook. From the time we met them outside the tube station, they could not have been more hospitable or helpful and gave us a great insight into life in China. I could not recommend them highly enough. Bruce has his own transport and also does his own private tours which I imagine would be great. His email address is 52075412@qq.com.
