Excellent tour! I was thinking of just doing the audio tour, but so glad I did the guided tour. Louis was excellent, spoke near perfect English. The tour was very good. They contacted me months beforehand to ensure everything was in order, and we even booked another tour with them in advance, and it was personalized. The terracotta tile tour was good, and our guide was excellent. She was patient and attentive because we were a large group with two 80-year-old adults, and she catered to our every need. Our guide, named Phoenix, was very good. 100% recommended. She didn't rush us; everything was calm and relaxed. She also recommended a show for us to see and got us tickets. The show was awesome.
