Although it is a transit, the time is OK. I have a simple meal at Kunming Airport and I will arrive in Banna soon in the afternoon. The hotel address is in Gaozhuang. There is a night market at night. You can buy some small goods, which is very cheap. The hotel is indeed average, there are many inns there, 150~200 in the off-season, which is basically the price. The local Yunnan rice noodles are good and cheap. There is a restaurant nearby called Manfeilong Roast Chicken, which tastes good. The local restaurants are cheap and the amount is very large. Banana, pineapple, mango, jackfruit are very cheap, and the sour horns and small wontons taste good. When I arrived in Banna, I was popularized the culture and history of Pu'er tea. I bought a lot, and the price and quality are much better than Beijing. The price ranges from dozens to hundreds and thousands. There are many categories, which are easy to confuse. It is recommended to buy in large stores. The place to play, I think it is still a tropical botanical garden, olive dam, Manting Park is still good, experience the Yi, Jino culture, and the leisure life of Banna people. If you are old, you can come here to relax.

Traveling with my father, so I chose to go with the group. The overall food, lodging and transportation are arranged very carefully, and it is worthy of being a comfortable group.
