Great! New Zealand's weather is really unpredictable. We had booked an early morning skydiving session, but the weather wasn't great. We waited at the base, and luckily the weather cleared up in the afternoon, allowing us to go skydiving. The trick to getting good photos is to keep your neck stretched out and your eyes wide open; it really tests your facial expression control.★

The guide was great. Funny and knowledgeable. And each site was beautiful. I would say it’s too long in wanaka and not long enough in arrowtown though as there’s lots to see and do there. It’s probably worth spending the whole day there and it’s only a 20 minute drive from queenstown. Wanaka is pretty but nothing really going on other than a view of the lake.
