This experience was truly amazing and our driver Ahmed was fun. However, when you book this tour, be aware that you’re gonna do a lot of hiking. It’s not really a tour – the driver brings you to different locations in the desert but leaves you to explore by yourself, which can be either great or unpleasant, depending on what type of traveller you are. The tour itself is a bit overpriced, given your guide really just drives you to places and doesn’t do much else (and the lunch is very minimal), but the experience is still wonderful mostly because of all the sights you get to indulge in. I do recommend.★

I had the most amazing trip ever! Everything was super organised and from the very beginning, and the trip to Petra and wadi rum was exceptional! All thanks to Bardaghawi! I 1000% recommend him as your private tour driver, he honestly made sure I was secure, comfortable and overall had the best experience in both places! Bardaghawi Is definitely one of a kind with his exceptional service and treatment. My trip was short but I had the best time all thanks to Bardaghawi. Make sure to ask for him when you do this trip!★

The tour of the dessert was fun but HOT! (Much too hot as it was 101 degrees.) Our guide was a good sport and he took us to all the spots but keep us moving as we were melting. The various stops for tea, water and shape helped a lot.★

We really liked the guide's open and friendly manner. He explained everything to us and was always helpful. Anyone who thinks a two-hour tour will cover the entire desert is mistaken. The tour stops at five points, all within sight (approximately a 2-4 km radius). At each point, you have about 10 minutes to take photos. The desert itself is exceptionally beautiful, and the tour was well worth it.
