Marissa was very kind, knowledgeable of the island and the history, very patient with my parents. Was able to point us in the direction of the turtles, told stories of the area. Would highly recommend Marissa as a guide. You will have entertained the whole tour.

Our guide, Jennifer, was fantastic! She was very personable, knowledgeable, and considerate of all the people on the tour (she even baked cookies for us to snack on!). The best part of the tour was walking across the caldera and recognizing the magnitude of what had happened to create it. To improve it, have the lunch break earlier (it was essentially at the end of the tour).

We were looking for a full island tour with our family and Wasabi didn’t disappoint. The group had 12 people in it so everyone’s questions could be answered. Our guide Scott was knowledgeable, helpful, entertaining, fun and had a great taste in music (reggae). We visited a coffee plantation, a Hawaiian bakery, the Black Sand Beach with sea turtles, Volcano National Park, dinner, and then stargazing. It was a very full day with great sights and fun people.
