Overall experience on the sleeper bus tour was awesome, however, I am 6 foot four and it was a little cramped for someone my size but nonetheless, our trip was uneventful, on time and on schedule.

it was a great experience! the travel agent allows us to drop our luggages at their office which makes it very convenience to stroll around Hanoi. also the bus was quite comfortable, would repeat if i have the chance!

Great transfer. I booked the tickets, and the manager contacted me to confirm the time and location. The driver texted me in the morning, saying he was on his way, and picked us up right from the hotel. The bus was nice, plenty of room. There was Wi-Fi on the bus. We enjoyed the transfer.
