Clean and comfortable travel from Hanoi to Sapa. We just hope they have service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station and to your next hotel accomodation. Overall, very satisfied.★

Amenities were basic but it was much cheaper than other train options so it was worth it. We just needed a space to sleep for 4 of us in the same cabin anyway. Would use it again.★
