It was really great! Our driver, Augustine, spoke English very clearly and gave smooth guidance, which I was grateful for. It was also helpful that she spoke Japanese. Everything was on time and smooth, and the tour was packed with content, but I was very satisfied with everything. We were able to feed kangaroos, see lots of koalas right in front of us, and see the penguins on Phillip Island, which was a spectacular view... I was really moved. They told us things like, "If you get hungry during the tour, make sure to have lunch at this time," so we were able to participate with peace of mind! I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful day trip! I booked three days in advance, checked with customer service and was told there were still tickets available for the mini-train, so I immediately placed the order. The driver/guide was super punctual, very humorous, and provided commentary throughout the trip. He drove very smoothly, and I didn't feel carsick at all. The itinerary was also very well planned. Luckily, my fellow travelers in the group were also punctual. We returned to the city around 11 pm. Overall, I highly recommend it!

We went to the meeting point early in the morning. The driver in the car was the tour guide. The tour guide in the whole UK. We went in October. The weather was very good, very comfortable, the blue sky and white clouds, the photos were very good~ We also went to the red wine manor, red wine and white wine were very good~ We also bought 2 bottles~

Loved this trip! The perfect chilled end to our Melbourne visit. The hot springs were gorgeous, so so hot; the hottest at 42 degrees. We went on a weekday and it wasn’t overcrowded. Lovely lunch there. Then onto the huts and view point. I’d highly recommend!


