We had a good time on our trip with tour guide Jasper. He called me the day before to give us directions for the pickup point and his phone number in case we had any questions. On the drive to Niagara Falls he would point out different places and give us some background information about it. There were other people on the tour who spoke Chinese but he is fluent in both English and Mandarin . Any questions we had, he was able to answer quickly. At the falls he had all the tickets for us which expedited our entrance to the attractions. Also, he was always able to park close to the entrance so we didn’t have far to walk. Because our Airbnb was on the way back to our pickup point, he was so kind to drop us off there instead. All in all, we had a great experience with Jasper.★

The itinerary is very good, the guide brother service is first-class, the driving is stable, safe and comfortable, the introduction of attractions along the way, the arrangement of the tour is very in place, the time is accurate, it is a very good experience.★

We enjoyed the trip very much. We were picked up at 8.00am, then drove right passed the exact point again at 9.00am, so spent one hour on the bus driving round doing pickups, maybe that wasn't necessary! We couldn't always hear the driver clearly when he was speaking through his microphone, but, once we got to Niagra Falls it was amazing. We paid extra to do the Journey behind the Falls, to enhance our experience.★

Since I only had one day in Toronto to go to Niagara Falls, I booked the tour with Airlink Tours. I'm not usually a fan of guided day tours, preferring to explore sights on my own. However, I enjoyed the tour, and the time at Niagara Falls was fine for a day trip. I needed longer for the "Journey Behind the Falls" (highly recommended!) and unfortunately missed our departure time for the next stop. This wasn't a problem at all, as Haroon was extremely flexible and picked me and two others up after I called him and took us to the next stop. Haroon was super friendly and communicative overall. What I really liked was that you could add the activities on the day of the tour at regular prices. I would only book the Skylon Tour (an alternative to the boat tour in the off-season) if the weather is right. Then it's fantastic!
