Reviews: Toronto: Algonquin Park and Ragged Falls Day Trip

Well- organized. Good balance of physical activity, xsuch as canoing, hiking and relaxing while driving. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable guide. He was able to provide as with interesting ways to help us memorize the information, such as the number of Ontario lakes MN atching the number of Tim Hortons locations ( circa 3500). He acted as a father figure; he was protective and caring. We managed to cover so much, yet nobody felt rushed. The only thing I would change is add a half an hour at the visitor's park ( which would enable tourists to walk the entire trail and return as well as watch the movie, tour the centre and use the toilet) at the expense of another stop.

This was a great trip. It was a peaceful paddle around centre island with great views of the Toronto skyline. We saw heron and beavers. Alex is a very knowledgeable guide.

It was a wonderful trip. We went canoeing, did two short hikes, and saw a beautiful waterfall. Our guide, Mike, was fantastic. The long drive was well worth it and went by quickly.
