I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Amalia, the guide, was very attentive and made the trip enjoyable without overwhelming us with information and inappropriate conversation...it's a shame it wasn't in Spanish too.
