The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.

The business staff, Xiao Li, and driver Yue Yue provided excellent service. They contacted us immediately, added us on WeChat to create a group chat, confirmed the address and pick-up information, and informed us of the itinerary and precautions. The car was clean and tidy, and driver Yue Yue was a very skilled driver, driving fast and steadily. He was also very enthusiastic and attentive, introducing the attractions, taking us to the entrance, and even buying drinks for everyone in the car out of his own pocket. He was a very nice person. Although the weather wasn't great, it was still a pleasant trip.

Our tour guide, Xiaoxue, was very patient, her explanations were interesting and engaging, and she was very responsible. The driver drove very smoothly, and the other passengers were quiet and punctual. Although the day trip was a bit rushed, it was much more convenient as we didn't have to worry about complicated transportation. It was a very enjoyable trip. We even caught a glimpse of Mount Fuji that day – we were very lucky! On the way back, my child forgot their clothes, and Xiaoxue waited for us to come back and get them – a big thumbs up!

Meeting Hikari was the biggest surprise of our Mount Fuji trip! Although Mount Fuji was rather shy and mostly hid in the clouds, it didn't dampen our spirits at all. Our guide, Hikari, was absolutely the soul of the entire trip! His explanations were both professional and down-to-earth, effortlessly weaving in various cultural, historical, and interesting anecdotes. At the ******* stop, Hikari even personally led everyone step by step to the summit, attentively catering to everyone's pace, making the experience incredibly rewarding. Even though the sacred mountain was "hidden," with such a responsible and charismatic guide, the experience was still phenomenal. Highly recommend Hikari!

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.
