From the minute Sindi met us outside we loved every minute. She is a friendly and very capable host with excellent English. Beautifully equipped kitchen and a relaxed shaded outside courtyard for dining. We prepared and cooked traditional dishes with expert guidance and a lot of chat and wine :) Finally we relaxed in the courtyard and dined together with no rush for us to leave. Sindi was so helpful with other aspects of our holiday and genuinely enjoyed teaching us about Albania and its food and history. I can't recommend this class enough.
