Until the last hurdle the day was very well organised and very enjoyable.
The pick up transfer arrived on time, and the journey to the departure peir in the north of Phuket as good as to be expected in the rush hour. On arrival at the meeting point, although it seemed a little chaotic, everything worked well and we were soon on the boat. The boat itself was very comfy and far more spacious than the one we had for our trip to Phi Phi.
The whole day was very enjoyable with the canoe trip a highlight of the whole holiday.
The only issue was at the end of the day on arrival back at the meeting point where our driver failed to be on time. We were told he would be 5 minute, but 45 minutes later he arrived. It is not ideal at the end of a long day, when all you want is to get home, to be stuck waiting for your driver to arrive in the searing heat.★

Super service! We booked a VIP transfer and arrived with a huge 11-hour delay. We hadn't even hoped to be met, as there was an accident on the only runway on March 11th, and there were over 300 people at customs. They met us with a sign, grabbed our suitcases, and we didn't even realize how we ended up in a taxi. Everything was so efficient; we'll definitely use this service again on our return trip. The whole thing took 10 minutes.★

We really enjoyed our time at the sanctuary, the guide was very knowledgeable and it was clear the elephants were being extremely well treated The cooking class was good fun and tasted delicious All in all a great experienceAbout
