Our tour guide, Jacky Lee, arranged everything perfectly, with a well-planned itinerary. The red car was new, spacious, and comfortable. He provided excellent service throughout the trip and even kindly helped us take photos. With extra time on the itinerary, he enthusiastically took us to local landmarks and popular spots, and also introduced us to authentic local durian and century-old shaved ice, which were delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience! 👍

Because of my positive experience with the last chartered car, I highly recommend it to my friends who are visiting Malaysia. This time, our driver, Ah Cheng, was patient and enthusiastic. He took them to many delicious restaurants that only locals know about, and we visited various attractions along the way, experiencing the different flavors of Ipoh and Penang. Everyone gave it rave reviews afterward. Before each trip, they create a group chat, and the person in charge confirms the next day's plans in advance in October. They also adjust the plans according to the needs of each person, trying their best to give everyone the best experience. I will definitely recommend them again next time my friends need a car.
