We booked a group tour through Ctrip, which was very convenient. The meeting point was right outside one of the Nagoya Station exits. The guide took attendance and assigned seats. He gave a brief overview of the attractions and distributed a map. I'd heard colleagues talk about Shirakawa-go Gassho Village as being beautiful, especially in winter after the snow. Although we visited on October 7th, the scenery was still stunning. I hadn't expected such a beautiful village to exist deep in the mountains. It wasn't crowded, and we all had a wonderful time strolling through the beautiful village.About
