I took the airport bus from Taoyuan International Airport to Taipei Main Station during my trip, and it was a really convenient and comfortable option. The buses run regularly, so I didn’t have to wait too long. The ride itself took about an hour, give or take, depending on traffic, and the bus was comfortable with enough space for luggage. It’s a very cost-effective way to get into the city, especially if you’re not in a rush. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone arriving at Taoyuan and heading into central Taipei.
