Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!★

We joined the Yehliu, Jiufen, Shifen Waterfall and Shifen Old Street day tour and had a great experience thanks to our guide Joana. She was very knowledgeable and shared historical context and interesting facts at every stop. At Yehliu she explained the unique rock formations in detail. At Shifen Old Street she helped us try local favorites like the famous chicken leg and Taiwanese ice cream which were reasonably priced and delicious. After a short ride we visited Shifen Waterfall which was a peaceful and scenic walk. The final stop was Jiufen. Since it was a weekend we took a shuttle bus up to the old street which was busy but not overwhelming. On the way back Joana gave us more background about Taiwan and Taipei 101 which made the ride enjoyable. The tour was well timed and we got to see many highlights without feeling rushed. Overall it was great value and we highly recommend this tour especially if Joana is your guide.★

I think it's good that it can be used immediately but it comes with restrictions. That part I don't enjoy. Because using a credit card directly allows you to pay for everything.
