Getting the transport card was really easy. You can redeem it at the iFlytek booth near the entrance of the MRT station at the airport. Just show your QR code, the staff will scan it, and they hand you the card, the whole process took less than 2 minutes. Super fast and hassle-free!★

Foreigner traveller on Taiwan High speed rail able to get 15% discount. First use was a little confusing. But second time onward was ok. Need to exchange physical ticket atcounter with proof of passport and reservation.★
