Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.

Very friendly driver, explains to us where are we and what we should look for and to eat at each location. The lunch for 2 is soooo much more than we expected. The car is a 9seater, so comfortable

I tried to book a Shinkansen ticket in advance on the official website, but it didn't work unless it was in English. Seats are automatically assigned. Even though I'd already made all my reservations, when I tried to check my reservation on the official website, it said there were no reservations. And when I went to get my paper ticket, the automatic ticket machine said it couldn't find my reservation for some reason. It was fine because I was able to get my ticket at the ticket counter, but it did worry me a bit.

It lived up to everything described. Everything went perfectly, just as it should. Our guide, James, was very friendly and gave us lots of information. A highly recommended tour for families with children.
