Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.★

I bought a Shinkansen ticket to go from Tainan to Taipei. I chose the time, but when I showed my voucher to exchange it for the ticket at Tainan Station, the receptionist asked me if I wanted an earlier Shinkansen ticket, and arranged for me to take a Shinkansen ticket two stops earlier. This is great because I can just reserve the time and then change it.★

Had a really great time despite the cold weather and drizzle. It was really cold, please do check weather in advance as items such as gloves, jacket and leggings are quite expensive up there. Woody was very knowledgeable in explaining about the forest and history. Train was super cramped and really didn't seem to matter much if you take it or not. Cherry blossom was very pretty. Didn't see waterfall. Overall, I had lots of fun!
