Our tour guide for this day trip was Xiao Yang, whose license plate number was RGE-7199. He was extremely responsible, warm, and attentive throughout the entire trip. Before setting off, he asked if we had any motion sickness or other health issues, and he also promptly informed us of the weather changes, reminding us to prepare jackets and rain gear—very thoughtful. His driving skills were safe and comfortable, and at each scenic spot, he patiently took photos for us, ensuring we had wonderful memories. His service made the entire trip easy and enjoyable.★

Went to alishan with my mum who is 70 years old! Sean our tour guide was very patience and very friendly, highly recommend him as the tour guide. He clearly loves his job and his passion definitely shows. And he also helps to take beautiful photos at certain spots! Thank you. The bus ride was approximately 6 hours in total- so definitely pack enough snacks for your ride. Alishan is beautiful! The hike was moderate difficulty especially for my mum but she did it!★

Great discount especially for long distances. A bit troublesome as need to book the actual train and seat with THSR website then need to get the physical ticket at the station with passport. But worth the trouble★

The tour to Sun Moon lake was a share ride with pickup and drop-off at the hotels and predetermined stops in between. Eruse was our driver, he was nice, on time and drove safely. He also made sure that everybody had a good time. He took pictures of us like a professional photographer. He gave good advice on the sites to visit and the city of Taichung and provided help to book other tours. The tour stopped at 3 sites: the old England hotel, a picturesque hotel in the Tudor style, a farm with sheeps and horses (the horse show was good), and lastly the Sun Moon lake. The lake is visited by boat (tickets are included) with stops at all 3 piers. Pier 2 gives access to a small temple. Behind it there is a path that leads to a second larger temple that contains the relics of Xuanzang the Chinese monk who traveled to India and brought back Buddhism to China.★

Terence is one of the best drivers we’ve had in Taiwan! He is professional, polite, caring, honest, and very knowledgeable. His excellent English made communication easy and enjoyable. We visited Gaomei Wetlands, Zhongshe Flower Market, Chun Shui Tang, and the National Taichung Theater. Terence always made sure we were safe and comfortable and gave us helpful advice along the way. His photography skills were amazing. He took beautiful group and individual photos that looked straight out of a travel magazine 😍 His honesty, kindness, and thoughtfulness also really stood out to us.
Thank you, Terence, for going above and beyond, taking such good care of our group, and helping us create wonderful memories. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Taiwan❤️
