I wasn't sure how to use it, so I searched on Google, installed it at the airport in Japan, and then arrived at Mactan Airport. I followed the instructions and was able to use the internet smoothly. I was able to use it stress-free in most of Cebu and Mactan, just like I normally do in Japan.
