I traveled to Suwon with this tour operator at the beginning of the Suwon Hwaseong Festival. We were a diverse group, made up of English and Chinese speakers, with two guides who spoke their respective languages. Both guides were warm and entertaining. We visited the Korean Folk Village, an entertaining performance by the Gyeonggi Gugak Center, and then visited the attractions that were also open to tourists as part of the festival. We had the opportunity to explore the city of Suwon, other festival venues, and the fortress on our own. For a small additional fee, we were able to participate in a tea and/or makgolli tasting with snacks or a hanbok photoshoot. I had a truly wonderful day, thank you so much!★

Taeyoung is a passionate, knowledgeable & thoughtful guide. He helped us have our best day, for eg, some of us wanted to walk extra places to see the stream & palace, so he gave good instruction on how to proceed & picked us up later. We had free time to eat or shop at Starfield. The trip sounds long, but it was very pleasant & the day flew by. He is an excellent driver and gave us useful tidbits about neighborhoods. Highly recommend him and this tour.About
