This was my first time using the VIP Fast Track service at Tan Son Nhat Airport during my trip to Vietnam.
To cut to the chase... I'll definitely use it again! ๐
I was tired from my late-night flight, but as soon as I left the airport, a staff member was waiting for me, holding a sign with my name on it.
I followed them and was able to skip the regular line entirely and proceed directly to immigration at a separate counter.
Even though the line was long, I was through in less than five minutes!
The staff even guided me to my luggage, which made it much easier. The airport is a bit more complex than I expected, so I think this will be especially helpful for first-time visitors.
The same thing happened when I departed. A staff member, who had been pre-arranged, was waiting at the departure gate.
From baggage drop-off to departure check-in and immigration, I was able to proceed quickly through the priority lane.
I was also guided to the lounge, which made me feel like I was receiving VIP treatment. ๐

Ho chi minh is a chaos airport, therefore if you don't want to line up in long quene at the immigration ares, you have to pay for use this service. Otherwise you have line up more than 1 hour even if you are in hurry.โ

When I visited Ho Chi Minh City a few years ago, it took over an hour to enter the country, and I remember being frustrated and exhausted by the slow-moving lines. So this time, I used this service through Trip.com. I arrived at Tan Son Nhat International Airport around 10 PM. As soon as my plane landed and I connected to the internet on my smartphone, I received a WhatsApp message from an agent saying, "We'll be waiting for you." I was so relieved. An agent was waiting for me near the immigration area with my name on it, so I was able to meet up right away. Overall, I'm so glad I booked this service! Tan Son Nhat was super crowded after 10 PM with several flights arriving from other countries. The general immigration lane was not only incredibly long, but the line even spilled out into the hallway. The agent escorted me to the VIP lane, where I was able to complete immigration in about 10 minutes. I was then able to collect my luggage and exit the airport smoothly. I had a reservation for my departure flight, and after checking in at the airport counter, an agent again guided me through immigration in the designated lane. Communication from booking to meeting at the airport was very smooth, and I felt at ease being able to communicate quickly via WhatsApp. Thanks to this service, I was able to avoid wasting an hour or two of my precious travel time going through immigration, which was very beneficial both mentally and physically. The staff were friendly and had a smile, and we were able to communicate in English. I would definitely use this service again if I visit Vietnam again.โ

They sent this super clear file with photos and exact meeting points, so the second I saw my name on a sign, I knew I was safe. Immigration? Done in 5 mins. Stress level? 0/10.
