Reviews: Guided Tour To Nærøyfjorden, Flåm And Stegastein - Viewpoint Cruise

An experience absolutely worth the trip! 🇳🇴 The tour starts in Bergen 🏘 and passes through some of Norway's most iconic and spectacular landscapes: majestic mountains, deep valleys, and endless bodies of water that accompany you along the entire route 🏞. The first stop is the imposing and evocative Tvindefossen waterfall, followed by the famous Stegastein Viewpoint, which offers breathtaking views of the Aurland Fjord—even on overcast days, the spectacle remains incredible ✨️. Then we reach Flåm, a delightful but perhaps a little too touristy village, the starting point of the electric cruise ⛴️ that crosses the fjords of Nærøyfjord and Aurlandsfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sailing through those waters surrounded by mountains is simply magical ✨ Among the few "cons," I'd say the time cons are too tight on some stops, like Stalheimskeiva 🌄, which deserves a longer stop to be truly appreciated. It's a shame, because some villages nestled in the greenery would have offered equally beautiful and authentic insights. Special praise to the guide/driver, who was truly knowledgeable 👨‍🏭, helpful, and attentive to every detail of the group 👏 Overall, a well-organized, intense, and complete experience: the perfect combination of nature, discovery, and wonder.
Reviews: Guided tour - Viking Village, Nærøyfjord Cruise and Flåm Railway

This is a must do trip. This is the only guided tour we did in Bergen and was 100% worth it. We were with Michael and Lynda, who were a great team. Surprisingly, we had great weather (for the area). The Viking village was authentic. Cute gift shop. The boat is a five minute walk from the Viking village. We sat on the upper deck of the boat in the center and still had a great view. Don’t get anxiety about where you sit. Bring a light raincoat. We had about 40 minutes in Flam to shop at the gift shops or get a bite to eat before the train. Either side of the train is good. We sat on the right and I would do that again. The scenery is gorgeous. Michael had our own car reserved for us. That was a plus because there were several tour groups that did not have the personal space requirements that many feel more comfortable with. You travel on a big bus to the Viking village and then the big bus takes you back from where you get off the train in Voss. The bus was brand new and very comfortable. All in all a great tour. I would give it more than five stars if I could. Food is on the fly and we had lunch on the boat. It was meh, and the line was long. They asked that you do not eat your own food on the boat but I saw others eating a more nutritious lunch than was offered that they had brought.
