We didn’t book on line but found our guide Joško standing inside the gate to the Palace with a sign advertising a 1.5 hour history tour, so we weren’t sure what to expect. It turned out to be a great decision as the tour was amazing and surpassed our expectations. Joško was born in Split and had an in-depth knowledge of the history of Croatia, Split and the palace. His English was excellent, he was witty and informative. We were visiting from New Zealand and highly recommend this tour.★
