It was my first time using a luggage delivery service. I was able to contact them in advance via LINE and they responded immediately when I asked them questions. I contacted them after arriving at the airport and they came to collect my luggage right away. I was relieved when they contacted me via LINE when my luggage arrived at the hotel. I had a concert at Inspire Arena so it was a good idea to leave my luggage at the hotel first. It's very convenient and easy, so I'd definitely use it again!

It's easy to use. You just pay for each ticket individually, but the lounge was so crowded that I had to wait to get in. It was my first time in the East wing, and while it was smaller than the West wing, it was more than enough for breakfast.
