They organized our train from Hue and even though they were not with us physically they were guiding us through the whole trip, they were writing us while we were traveling and taking the train at 3:34am. We felt really well taken care of. Arriving to the train station in Dong Hoi they picked us up and we started to explore the caves with a great guide, our lunch was very authentic and we explored the second cave. Then we went to the travel agency back and they were already waiting for us with a bus they organized to take us back to hue! The organization and trip were great !!!!!★

Amazing tour. Tour operators Jessica and Thu Ha was amazing, they ensured they communicated the schedule and kept updating us along the way. Very passionate tour guides. The tour bus from Hue to attraction could have been better and shorter. Along the way they pick locals and items and drop them off which takes up a lot of time and tour group is now mixed with locals which we don’t know who they are.★

Superb itinerary, after booking, the travel agency Thu Ha quickly contacted the pick-up information with Whatapp, and also provided advice and help. Paradise Cave is very spectacular, only amazing after entering. Don’t miss the dark holes if you like adventure, in addition to deep cave experience mud baths, there are plenty of water facilities to use freely. Our guides Victor and Jessica are both professional and kind. All in all it was a wonderful trip.
