The tour to visit two caves started early in the morning, which was unusual, but it was definitely worth it. The morning commute was a challenge, but the tour company's support was excellent. Phong Nha and Paradise are completely different caves, and both are fascinating, so it was hard to choose. It was a really fun day. Thank you!

Superb itinerary, after booking, the travel agency Thu Ha quickly contacted the pick-up information with Whatapp, and also provided advice and help. Paradise Cave is very spectacular, only amazing after entering. Don’t miss the dark holes if you like adventure, in addition to deep cave experience mud baths, there are plenty of water facilities to use freely. Our guides Victor and Jessica are both professional and kind. All in all it was a wonderful trip.

It was the most fun tour. It was a series of excitement as if you were in a nature amusement park. When I return to Japan, I recommend it to my family and friends. The amount and taste of lunch were very satisfying. Especially, the tour guide Jessica is the best! He was kind and attentive, and the English announcement was easy to understand and nice.

They organized our train from Hue and even though they were not with us physically they were guiding us through the whole trip, they were writing us while we were traveling and taking the train at 3:34am. We felt really well taken care of. Arriving to the train station in Dong Hoi they picked us up and we started to explore the caves with a great guide, our lunch was very authentic and we explored the second cave. Then we went to the travel agency back and they were already waiting for us with a bus they organized to take us back to hue! The organization and trip were great !!!!!


