I inquired because I thought the train schedule wouldn't work for me, and I appreciated that you responded immediately and changed the time right away. You drove the endlessly winding roads exceptionally well. I didn't experience any motion sickness, which was great. I was directed to the Moonbay parking lot, but you actually need to board on the opposite side of the street, not right in front of the parking lot. I learned about the need to cross the road from someone else's review, so it would be helpful if you could mention this when providing pickup location information.

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....

Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!

The driver was an excellent driver; I didn't get carsick at all! I was so carsick on the drive from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou the day before yesterday that I threw up, so I had to give this driver a huge thumbs up!! Plus, he was worried we might get stuck in traffic and kept reminding us to leave early, giving us just the right amount of time. Also, he sings really well, hahaha!

You can request assistance from staff via chat at any time, and they respond very quickly—almost no waiting time. The luxury bus has a 2+1 seating configuration with comfortable, spacious seats. The driver arrives on time, sometimes only a few minutes late due to traffic, which is understandable.


