Thank you for our tour guide Dave! Seeing Koala and Kangaroo is interesting. The Blue Mountain tour is our opportunity to be connected with the nature. The scenic world is something we will remember forever. The boat going back to Sydney is the great way to have the best view of the opera house. I highly recommend this trip.

This tour is for anyone who enjoys site seeing, local interaction, food, &/or local wine. I booked this tour as part of an extended tour of New Zealand & Australia. It turned out to be the BEST & most memorable tour of our trip. Chef Jimmy is a one man business here. He drives, educates, cooks & entertains you on this whole day excursion. You begin in the fish market not only to pickup supplies up for your tasting day; but, to begin your sampling at the market, learn to dip chocolate, eat a FLAVOR FILLED breakfast & take in the fantastic sites of an active fish market. Then your journey begins up to the Hunter Valley of Australia. Being a small group tour gives you the opportunity to meet & interact with fellow travelers for a more relaxed event. We visited 3 separate wineries, and a Chocolate & Candy Shop and Jimmy’s creations kept coming. The variety, flavor and pairings of his creations with the wine were totally AMAZING! Being privately served by winery owners and staff allowed you the opportunity to obtain history of the area, their craft and the wines they make. I will have a very hard time participating in one of these type of activities without comparing it to the experience I had on Jimmy’s Chef-led Gourmet Hunter Valley wine & food tour. It is really one of a kind experience. The tastes, amount & variety was outstanding!!! So well worth the cost. I wish he was closer to my home!

Amazing views, fabulous forest trails, animals everywhere, history, scenic skyway, scenic cableway and scenic railway were a nice addition. The breakfast was great, such a quaint restaurant with great service and delicious food. Lunch was so large and filling. A cute town, great restaurant with immediate service. Very good food. Our guide Mick was incredible. Clear communication and instructions, kept everyone on schedule and together. Mick shared information about the city coming and going. Information about the Blue Mountains, settlers, area and development. Last but not least the Featherdale Wildlife Park is so nice. Picture with a Kohala, feeding the animals and the staff there were so informative and friendly. This day trip was so much more than we expected. We really enjoyed it.

This was a really great trip! Our driver/guide was wonderful. Got to pet a koala, my husband got to meet a wombat and the animal experience was great. Blue mountains are beautiful and our lunch, which we included, was fantastic. We have done lunches before with excursions but none of them have been as good as this one was at Hydro Majestic Hotel. We ended the day with a visit to the Blue Mountains Botanical Gardens. Plus we got picked up at the door of our hotel.


