I used the lounge to rest after touring Changi Airport for a late-night flight. I figured I wouldn't be able to use it if I didn't know where it was, so I started by searching for the lounge. I showed a photo to the information desk on the first floor of Terminal 1, and they told me where it was. (Go right, then right, then left on the information desk and you'll see the "lounge" sign.) I made a reservation online in front of the lounge, and the voucher was immediately displayed. The receptionist asked for my passport and boarding pass (or flight reservation confirmation screen), but I was able to enter right away. You can freely use any available sofa or table seat. There is a restroom. I booked the lite plan, but they had snacks like nuts and Ritz, three types of bread, several types of coffee and tea, and cold drinks, so it was plenty for a rest.
