It was easy to redeem at the cashier (not the ordering kiosk). It is a cash voucher so I didn't have to use it to buy the breakfast set. I was allowed to choose other food options (just top-up the balance price).

This was a fantastic experience. The two domes are fully air conditioned and incredible in both sheer architecture and the plants they hold. Highly recommended if you are in Singapore.
