This airport transfer experience was great! The driver arrived early and waited for me. He was worried that I wouldn't be able to find the car, so he patiently told me how to get there in the group chat. After I found the car, the driver also took the initiative to help with the luggage. The driver was quite humorous. In the car, he was afraid that we would be bored, so he introduced us to the local itinerary, where to have fun and eat, and he explained it in detail.★

Exit immigration at Terminal 1 of Hong Kong Airport and walk left to the end of the large video wall. The transportation counter is located to the right of the video wall. Purchase your ticket online and go directly to the counter to check in. Then, sit on a nearby bench while your bus arrives and takes you to your boarding location. The bus will then drive directly to the Shenzhen Bay Port entrance, where you'll be dropped off and cleared immigration in about a minute. If you're unsure where to go after exiting immigration, walk directly to the taxi and ride-hailing area on your left. Walk for about two minutes and you'll see aisles 1-6 where you can wait for your ride. It's very convenient and quick.★

Go directly to the airport passenger terminal. The new address is: Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2, Tourist Bus Waiting Hall (L3), counters 13-14. The bus departs as soon as it is full, which is very convenient. You don't have to drag your luggage around. Just get off at your chosen port. You don't have to get off the bus for Hong Kong customs clearance. Great!★

I will definitely be using this service again in the future. I booked transport from my hotel in Shenzhen to honking international T1 airport. Staff were very helpful beforehand with pickup times /traffic and getting to airport on time. Took approx 50 minutes than included border control. All very easy and comfortable.
