I think this price is quite cheap considering it includes admission to the Blue Lagoon. Also, the tour lasts from morning until evening. Lunch is not included, so you'll need to eat on your own. I ate at a restaurant near Geysir.

We had the best day. Sigrun was our guide and she was fabulous. I was the slowest of our group but only by a few minutes but Sigrun was fantastic, really patient and supportive. We learnt so much. It was such a unique experience walking along what was an expansive lava flow, some parts still hot. Great value for money, unforgettable.

I really enjoyed the horse back riding. The instructor provided very clear instructions. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, she made sure we were all comfortable.

I did this route last year, and this time when I revisited, I specially chose to join a small group tour to the tomato farm. It was definitely worth the trip! There was an Icelandic horse show, a farm greenhouse display, and while it was freezing outside, it was warm and cozy inside. Everything was so clean and tidy. The staff were well-dressed, generous, and polite. I enjoyed delicious tomato soup with farm-baked bread. I was happy and moved. Despite the harsh environment, they still strive to create a beautiful home. That's the Icelander!


