The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

The guide Javi, the one with the long beard, was very good. His explanations were very good and he was very friendly. We took the guide in Spanish and it was very interesting. Javi told us a lot about the history, art, and architecture of the buildings and places we visited.
