We enjoyed this walking tour through Basel. Our guide, Bea, was very knowledgeable about the city and Switzerland in general. We thought the tour had a good mix of history and present-day info about the area, including details about special dates/celebrations throughout the year. The tour was at a good pace for our mixed-age group, and took us to the important sites in town. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Basel for the first time.

The actual ride was very nice. My problem was the fog rolled in and we were unable to see any of the scenery. I believe if it has not been for the fog this would have been an incredible ride.

Tour was easy to follow, very informative and just the right length. We saw things we just wouldn’t have found without this - such as some amazing frescos. You need to allow time afterwards to explore the old town more yourself.
