Tiantangzhai, formerly known as "Hengshan" and "Duoyunshan," was renamed "Tiantangzhai" after the Yuan Dynasty. It is located at the junction of Luotian and Yingshan counties in Hubei Province and Jinzhai County in Anhui Province. The rock formations of Tiantangzhai are exquisitely sculpted by nature, ever-changing and shrouded in mist. Baima Peak is majestic, Longjian Peak resembles a dinosaur, Shengguajian Peak is mysterious and unpredictable, and the shapes of Xianren Cave and Songtao Stone are lifelike and fascinating. It is the second highest peak in the Dabie Mountains and was historically known as "the first pass in the southeast of Wu and Chu."

During this trip, I stayed at a fisherman's guesthouse. When traveling, good food and comfortable accommodations are essential. Chengwu Fisherman's Guesthouse was clean, the owner was hospitable, and the food was delicious. The itinerary included a complimentary indoor roller coaster, but when we arrived at Peach Blossom Island, the locals didn't know about it, so we didn't get to ride it. On the return trip, because it was a group tour, we boarded the bus at 1 PM and arrived in Nanjing at 11 PM. We had to wait for the other group to go to another attraction along the way. The trip usually takes 6 hours, but I, who suffers from motion sickness, felt extremely nauseous.

A truly fascinating and essential experience. We believe that visiting a concentration camp is something everyone should do at least once in their lifetime to gain a deeper understanding of history and the lives of thousands of people. Special mention goes to our guide, Roger, who explained everything with impeccable professionalism and a much-appreciated sensitivity.
