A luxurious bus with very comfortable seats. We got from Sapa to Halong in about 9 hours, making stops along the way. The ride was smooth, and we managed to get some sleep. Transfers were included throughout the trip, from the old hotel to the company office and from the office to the hotel at the new location, all included in the price, which, by the way, was quite reasonable. The air conditioning worked, the TV was on, and they provided pillows and a blanket. A nice bonus: all the seats had massage seats, so my back didn't get tired the whole time.
