After the itinerary was set, the service staff quickly confirmed the itinerary details. After boarding the bus at Tuanzhou Port, it took about an hour to collect all the passengers before the actual journey began, including a 30-minute rest stop, for a total of about 4-5 hours. The seat space is a bit small, and those with long legs may not be comfortable, but the driver will try his best to drop off the passengers at the location closest to the B&B, which is very considerate.★

The bus is great and the staff are responsible and conscientious. I really recommend taking the bus to and from Halong Bay and Hanoi. There will be a rest stop in the middle where you can go to the toilet, buy some food and drinks, and of course, there are souvenirs for sale. There is no forced sales.★

The G8 Cabin Sleeping Bus is the best. On September 2nd, traffic restrictions were implemented in the Old Quarter for the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's Independence Day, making it difficult to use almost all transportation. Thanks to Hang from the G8 Happy team, I was able to safely complete my trip to Sapa. Thank you again for your review. Booking the G8 bus through Trip.com was quick and easy, and everything from the reservation and support to the condition of the G8 Cabin Sleeping Bus was excellent. The G8 bus was also very clean and the massage service was excellent. If you're considering a bus trip to Sapa, I highly recommend using the G8 bus.★

When going to see the view, ride on the right side and when coming back, ride on the left side. If possible, the first floor is much better than the second floor. The second floor shakes a lot due to road conditions. I reserved the second floor, but there were no seats on the first floor when coming back. It stopped at rest areas twice. After 1 hour and after 3 hours, the restroom fee is 3,000 won per person. Overall, I was satisfied. I recommend it because it includes pick-up and drop-off service.★

Due to the itinerary being delayed for one day, the date was changed. The service staff made careful arrangements and confirmed before arriving at the hotel. They also confirmed when getting on and off the bus. It was really considerate. The seats were new, with massage function, mobile phone charging function, and a bottle of mineral water. The rest stop on the way was about 15 minutes. The overall service was really amazing... 100 points
