Thank you to this company for arranging all our transfers during our vacation! We used their service three times already and were happy every single time. Everything was well organized: the driver picked us up right after the cruise and took us to Hanoi. The bus was comfortable — the seats were nice, the air conditioning worked well, and the driver was friendly and drove safely. They even provided free water, which was a thoughtful touch.
Special thanks to the manager who was always in touch, helped with boarding and drop-off, and arranged for us to be dropped off at more convenient locations, even directly at our hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied! We will definitely use this company again when we come back to Vietnam.★

The bus is great and the staff are responsible and conscientious. I really recommend taking the bus to and from Halong Bay and Hanoi. There will be a rest stop in the middle where you can go to the toilet, buy some food and drinks, and of course, there are souvenirs for sale. There is no forced sales.★

This is another option for those who don't want to wait in long immigration lines. I use this service every time I come. This time, I waited in line for about 20 minutes because there were quite a few people in line (previous times, it took about 5-10 minutes).★

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★
