I was a little nervous before the trip, but everything turned out great! I booked a VIP room with a 1-meter berth. Everything was convenient—headphones, phone charging. The staff were wonderful—they responded quickly via chat and answered questions thoroughly at the stations. The only thing I'd like to see is better waiting areas in the offices, especially in Sapa. Also, on the way back, the air conditioning was incredibly harsh. Thank you for your excellent service!

Perhaps because I booked the night before, the local travel agency hadn't contacted me about pickup until the day of the trip. I contacted Trip.cm's customer support, who responded quickly and helped me get in touch with the local travel agency, which I was grateful for. It's best to remember that, unlike in Japan, schedules are relatively loose. The interior of the bus was older than the photo on the booking page. I took rest stops in two places.


