We booked a tour, and our guide, Summer, contacted us immediately, explained everything, and was in constant contact. On the appointed day, she picked us up from the hotel, organized the transfer, and accompanied us the entire way, providing instructions and information. We were the only Russians in the group among Chinese, but we were handed over from hand to hand, everything was explained, and the language barrier was no problem at all. At the snorkeling site, the guides met us, gave us instructions, provided life jackets and masks, swam with us, took photos and videos, kept an eye on us so we wouldn't get lost, and organized banana boat and jet ski rides. We stayed the whole day. Cookies and water were provided in the lobby, but you can bring your own snacks, and you can go ashore during the swim. Everything was extremely organized and safe! They provided sausages and fish food. We enjoyed the trip; it's perfect for those who enjoy light snorkeling and diving with children. On the way back, Summer was waiting for us in the parking lot and drove us to the hotel. We are very grateful to her for a wonderful vacation! We recommend her to everyone!

I was quite anxious about this experience as I don’t speak Chinese. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a surf instructor named Joe who spoke a little English and told me he would accompany me and my snorkel instructor to help translate. The language barrier was there but joe and my instructor were very kind and patient with me and I had a great time. I even decided to take up surfing with Joe as it’s something I wanted to try and Joe was an awesome instructor given he taught me in a second language. I highly recommend this place. 🫶🏻

The organization of the vacation was top-notch. They met us at the train station, took us to the site, and showed us the sights. Everything was fantastic 👍👍👍
