Had an amazing time with Danny and Amauri on the hike. Beautiful views and great adventures. I would not consider this a strenuous excursion. My 55 year old mother who never hikes was able to participate in every part of the trip without any significant difficulty.★

Omg.. Our instructor, Steven, was SO MUCH FUN! awesome sense of humor and personality. Great instructor and made things easy. He understood everyone had different dance skill sets and got us all involved. 😃. We all were sweating while he was a show off and dancing with ease😂. Everyone was laughing. Talking and engaged. I was solo and had THE BEST TIME. I felt very very comfortable. Just go ahead and book work Steven. Bring your water and towel to wipe your face. And comfortable shoes are necessary. It's very worth it. Excellent experience and I have one and back problems but did well. Thanks Steven! ★

Os and Claudia were great guides. We got glow paint and necklaces and they even took pictures of us so that it showed us glowing. They were both very knowledgeable and taught us about the infrastructure and history of the lagoon. I've only been in a kayak once, but they both made me feel very confident and safe!
